And I think I would have been...Woha this is creepy! And I think I would have been even more creeped out to see an actual photo of a kid that age holding a knife. But creeped out in a less good way, the great thing with drawing is that you can get away with more. I don't think *not* giving your kid a big sharp knife is being overprotective- I think it's perfectly sane.
