original didn't work for me, too flat... so i reworked it, then added some more doodles... haven't been sleeping again, going to try to get to bed early tonight. pick up your pens and draw, i'll be checkin' in on everyone...

spokefest

submitted an idea (from an old sketchbook) for this years SpokeFest in sept. i may enter in the event, just to get out and ride. the image submitted was for "spoke cards" that the entrants would get to stick in their spokes during the event... it sounds like a fun time riding about the city.

not working today (finally a break), decided to draw from an old passport photo of Suk... well i better get busy, i have a lot of yard work to catch up on...

my mind is gone... too many long days @ work and @ home... think i'll go for a hike. i'll be drawing again soon...

not much time to draw lately...

i haven't had much time to draw lately. my wife has two sisters, a niece, and three of their children (ages 11 months to 4 years) here. yesterday i drove to the other side of washington to pick-up Kristine, so she's home for the summer. so our house is pretty full now. anyway, i need to go make smores for the kids. i'll draw some more throughout the month...

miss my buddy

work was a mess, home a stress, missed my buddy. took a hike in the woods to let off steam, missed my dear friend. later in the night decided to draw, damn i miss this old guy! almost two years since he passed...

what was i thinkin'?...

getting tired and unmotivated, tomorrow i'll take a walk and try to draw something. the weather is nice now, well actually a little too hot. @ least it isn't snowing anymore!
