process overwork...

been working on a new room for mom, the hospice folks are bringing over a bed and some other equipment to help make her comfortable. that's why no new drawings, instead i worked on the last one i did, decided to stop before it became too much...

music helps me deal with...

been listening to a lot of music lately, guess that and drawing helps me with stress...

Mom is doing better, but she's still in the hospital. Thanks to everyone for your comments. The routine around the house has been interesting. This weekend blew by and I didn't get much done.

runnin' on empty

third night mom has spent in the hospital. spent last night there... not much sleep. now it is 1:10 am and i still can't sleep. need to get some sleep so i can relieve suk, so she can get some rest.

friday is finally here!

been a long week. today spent many hours at the hospital with suk's mom. her health is getting worse, but she is still hanging in there. hopefully she'll be home in the next couple days.

long week so far.. i'm already wishin' it was the weekend.

the first page in the book i'm working in...

i started the current book i'm using back in may of last year. as you can see, i was in a bad mood at the time. since then i finished a book for the art house sketchbook project (nightmare), a japanese album (homeless in spokane), and a bunch of single spreads in the thin moleskin sketchbooks. i stopped drawing a few months ago, i guess i needed a break. a few weeks ago i got back into drawing, and haven't been so pissed... i'll try to draw more often and hopefully i'll get back to sculpting too!
