dirty feet...

walked around the woods today... in shorts, sandals, and a light shirt. 50 degree weather in february in spokane? i won't complain, i rather enjoyed it. seeing a moose two blocks from my house was a great treat too!

they're back

went for a walk this morning and found moose tracks. this evening while walking the dog, came upon this... i smiled, ran home and got the camera.

after filling in the past page in black ink, i decided to go a bit more simple...

i'm a little worn out, been cleaning the carpets, all the throw rugs, and the rest of the house. all this in preparation for my wife's return. the only comment... what did you do while i was gone, this place looks like a mess. guess i man's standard of cleaning doesn't meet up to the expectations... oh well, at least i had a decent meal for dinner.

never understood the appeal of smoking. tried it once as a young adult... wasn't for me. now back to drinking a guinness. tomorrow wife returns from seattle. i better finish steam cleaning the carpets.
