After three weeks, the pens finally made contact with paper. Hope I can stay motivated.

Welcome back! You certainly made some solid contact - her expression is mesmerizing.
it's a beautiful drawing too! I like that you broke the top edge of the paper with the shape of her head. Good stuff! (The back circle completes it too).

Everything about this one is nice...the composition, the line work, the colors, the subject. Definitely keep going with it! A nice sketchbook (especially moleskine) can be very gratifying.
