The last page in moleskine number 6. Time to break out another. The wife and our daughter just headed out to Seattle for a week or so.

if you don't mind me asking, how do you do it? like how do you do the stencil effect, and the people are they from your head or do you copy them from a photograph?; August 18, 2008 at 1:15 AM
joseph's art and stuff said...: Thanks for the comment. I look at the shadow areas and play up on them in a stencil style effect. Some of the images are of people I know and are from my head or drawn while the person is there (like this one). Other pictures are taken from photos that I adapt to fit the look I'm trying to achieve. I don't copy directly from the photos, I use them when no one is available or when I have a block. Sometimes I see an image that is so strong I want to capture it in ink...; August 18, 2008 at 6:18 PM
