conifers

looking out the window as the trees start to fade into silhouettes of themselves... to bad there are too many cars flying past, one seems to be burning a lot of oil...

thanks for the nice comment in my blog...I really enjoy your moleskin sketches! love your conifers, they look so dreamy framed by the fluffy smog...;^) Also love your Alice Cooper - gotta love those edgy rockers -- their raucous music and naughty lyrics make me want to do very bad things...

these 'bubbly additions' (sorry, first words that come to my simple mind) that seem to be a bit of your signature do some nice double duty here. they remind me of large, serenely, drifting snowflakes which contrast really well with the trees. nice one.

Such a nice juxtaposition. Love the way the trees look as though they are burnt into the paper! Lovely.

Did you intentionally create a little fox head among the bubbles near the lower right hand corner? Or is this me failing an ink blot test?

unintentional, but now that you mention it i do see a coyote come out of the woods every once in a while, that could have directed the image to come out...

wooow this is beautiful! so simple, and so effective.. i don't think it's a shame about the cars flying past; the smoke is looking good ;)
