This is cool, as always. I wanted to tell you that I saw your sketchbook at the St. Louis stop of The Sketchbook Project. It was really cool seeing the actual piece after following the making of it on your blog. (I actually found my book, too - I was very surprised because there were just stacks of them everywhere!) A photo of yours is featured here: http://samgallery1.blogspot.com/
I heard him on the radio the other night... he was talking about how he would never get a piercing, seems so incongruous for a man who is synonymous with shock!
Hey, I didn't know Alice Cooper was still around. I mean, it's more than 35 years ago that I played airguitar before the mirror listening to 'elected' on my cassette deck.
thanks! The Charm School Dropout and Rene, oh the memories from back when we listened to the Coop... i must admit i still listen to the old stuff quite regularly
I haven't listened to much Alice Cooper (yeah, I live under a rock), but this sketch is really great. I love the color choices for his skin; they integrated really well within the moleskine, and flesh is definitely a harder thing to portray in color.
Teh phrase really caight my attention, reading or hearing that woudl make anyoen cringe but I'm sure I'd gladly sing along tot he song reardless :) Lovely illustration!!

Hi Joseph! I see your collection has grown. And each of them has the orange glow. I love it especially this.:)

Great illustration. Coincidentally, I met Alice Cooper yesterday at a Horror convention. You are right, he's still going strong!
