Hello,
Was just perusing art house, came across your work and jumped to here. Was saddened to read of your mother-in-law's last journey, and although we do not know each other please accept my warmest thoughts.
I also lost someone close to cancer, last week. Was surprised and amazed that as she became physically less present, her soul seemed to expand, becoming more and more tangible until it (that of course was the pure essence of her) was so large and so bright that her body could no longer hold it - and then she slipped away. The deep returned to the deep.
Peace.
Claire, in Canada.

My deepest condolences to your wife, you, and the rest of her family and friends.

Take the time to feel sad and angry among all the onslaught of emotions that come in such times and of course take care of each other.

Hugs,
Emily

PS. Do so love your art. <3
